Broughton Village Hall is a registered charity run by a Management Committee who are elected each year at an Annual General Meeting in June. The trustees are all volunteers and responsible for managing the day to day running of the Village Hall.

All of the Meetings are open meetings which means residents of Broughton and Little Cransley are welcome to attend at any time.  Meetings take place monthly on the 2nd Monday of the month in February (Including AGM) , April, June, August, October and December and 2nd Wednesday of the month in March, May, July, September and November and January.

The structure of the committee includes:

• At least 7 Charity Trustees elected at an Annual General Meeting​.

• Up to 10 co-opted members resident in Broughton and Little Cransley
